If you are a service-based business and have listed services on your website, then customers can request a booking for these services. In doing so the customer is in fact, submitting a booking request rather than a confirmed booking. This means you can review the request and decide whether or not you wish to accept it.

If you are a product-based business and have listed products on your website, then customers can place an order for these products. In doing so, the customer is able to purchase directly off your website, sending you an alert that a purchase has been made.

Even if you are not providing services or products on your site, you can also receive customer messages through your website.

When someone requests a booking or sends you a message, you will receive an email with the relevant information:

  • The date and time
  • The customer contact information.

If you are on a paid plan, we will also send you an SMS letting you know about the customer enquiry.

The customer making the enquiry will receive an email if you reply to the message online, but you also have the option of calling the client if they leave you a phone number. That means no client is lost and your business can grow.
