Please note: You must be on a paid UENI subscription plan to connect an existing domain. If you haven't upgraded your plan yet, click here to do so first.
If your domain name is registered with 1&1, please follow these steps to update your nameservers:
- Log into your 1&1 account
- Head to the Control Panel
- Select the domain you wish to connect, then click on the gear icon under Actions and select Nameservers.
- Click Use Custom Nameservers
- In the section provided, enter the exact nameservers that you have received in your email
- To apply the changes, click Save
Your nameservers update will be processed within 3-6 hours. However, it may take up to 72 hours for it to be visible everywhere.
