This article explains how to set up your email account on Gmail/Android devices.


  • Open your Gmail app



  • Click on "Settings" and then head to "Add account"



  • Select ‘Other’

  • Add your email address and the server will retrieve your information.

  • Select Personal (IMAP) as account and insert your password

  • Then fill out the following information


After typing in your email and password, fill out the following information:

  • Incoming mail server
  • Server: mail.uenimail.com (if required)
  • Username: your e-mail address (example@yourcompany.com)
  • Password: your password
  • Port: 993 (if IMAP) or 995 (if POP3) Security type: SSL/TLS (if required)



Then click Next and you will land on the Outgoing server settings page:





Some fields are already pre-filled and you have to replace what is there with the following information:  

  • SMTP Server: mail.uenimail.com - Port: 465 (if required)
  • Username: your e-mail address (example@yourcompany.com)

  • Password: your password

  • Security type: SSL/TLS (if required)


Press the Next button.


Well done - your email address will is now correctly setup!
