Here's a step-by-step guide on how to configure your UENI mail on Outlook 2019.


To get started, first open Outlook 2019.

 

If this is the first time you have opened Outlook, you will be directed to the new account wizard. If you already have already set up an account, click File, then Add account and skip directly to Step 2.


Step 1: When the Welcome to Outlook 2019 box opens, enter your email address and click Advanced options.


Step 2: Check the checkbox for Let me set up my account manually and then click Connect.



Step 3: In the Choose account type window, select POP or IMAP.



Step 4: In Settings, enter the following then click Next:

  • Incoming mail:

    • Server: Enter mail.uenimail.com

    • Port: 993 for IMAP or 995 for POP

    • Encryption method: SSL/TLS

  • Outgoing mail:

    • Server: Enter mail.uenimail.com

    • Port: 465

    • Encryption method: SSL/TLS

    • Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): Unchecked


To continue, press Next. 


Step 5: Enter your mailbox password, then click Connect.
