Still wish to cancel?
If you're certain you still wish to cancel your site, follow these steps:
- Log in to your UENI account and go to your My Account area.
- Access the Subscription tab.
- Click on the Close account button next to your plan name.
- Finally, fill out the 2-minute form provided. Your feedback is really important to us and will help us improve our services for future customers.
You cancellation will be processed within 5 working days.
