We recently introduced the ability to edit thumbnails for your products and services images. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to effectively use this feature to enhance the visual appeal of your listings and improve user engagement.
Firstly, log into your Hub and click on Edit Website (this will take you to your website editor).
From the editor menu, click on Sections and then head to your Products or Services section, depending on what section you want to edit your image thumbnails. In this example, we will use the Products section:
Next, to edit your product image thumbnail, your products or services need to be fully listed with the relevant image and detail. For more information on how to do this, you can check out our articles on:
Simply select the product or service to edit their image thumbnail.
Choose Thumbnail, then click on the pencil icon to edit.
You have a range of options to resize, crop or apply filters to your thumbnails. For a detailed guide of how to use our image editing tool, please check out this article.
After applying the image settings, the thumbnail will appear on your product or service listing.
You can also edit your how your image thumbnail appears on mobile. Simply click on the mobile icon and follow the same editing process:
Once completed, don't forget to click Save!
Your thumbnail will be updated immediately! Follow the same process to edit the thumbnail for any other products or services.
